Terms and Conditions of Sale

Paynow at 201427648N (UEN) is also accepted. Note that Paynow at our previous mobile phone is NO LONGER ACCEPTED with apologies due to MAS regulations.

Delivery takes usually 2–4 weeks, barring any unexpected logistics delays (e.g. prolonged customs clearance).
Colour difference might occur with actual product and photos due to lighting condition of the store.

Items ordered occasionally get sold out at the store and we might only get notified at a much later date. In such situations, you could opt for a refund or pick another item to purchase.

Note that our drivers will be delivering the item by hand. It is possible that after you committed to purchase the item, the price of the same item might appear in our social media with a different price (higher or lower), but the price that you had agreed to will prevail even if you have not received it yet. We do not use 3rd party couriers.

Once the order is delivered by our drivers, recipients should check it immediately on the spot for defects or wrong items.
Once our drivers leave your address, returns have to be made by yourself to our location at Jurong East. Beyond 24 hours, if not notified to us, there will be no returns. Apart from major defects or wrong item purchase, Premiummall would not entertain any request for returns or refunds.

It is possible that while the items are all brand new, occasionally, some stains or glue could be present which if any, let us know and we can clean them up for you after you bring it back to us in Jurong East. These removal stains are not valid reason for returns or refunds. Thanks for your understanding.

All items carries a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects only and it does not cover wear and tear.
Once item is delivered, any returns due to any reasons need to be done at Jurong East within 3 working days (during working hours 9am – 6:30pm).
