Terms and Conditions of Sale 

Welcome to Premiummall Pte Ltd. by making a purchase on the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Please note that this is a preorder, not in stock.
  • There is a chance that we will not be able to secure your order. If we are unable to secure your order, we will inform you and proceed to refund you at the soonest date possible.
  • The purchaser recognizes and accepts that the bags, shoes, and other leather goods purchased could occasionally come with minor scratches on the leather and/or hardware, markings, edge paint issues, or glue marks despite our best attempt to quality control during our purchases.
  • This shall not be a reason for exchange or refund unless agreed by Premiummall.
  • For purchases with size variations (e.g., shoes/clothes): Please note that purchasing the wrong size is not a reason for return/refund, kindly be sure of your size before making your purchase.
  • Note that our delivery days and hours are - Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
  • Delivery usually takes 3-8 weeks, barring any unexpected logistics delays (e.g., prolonged customs clearance).
  • Colour difference between actual product and photos may occur due to the lighting conditions in the store.
  • Items ordered occasionally get sold out at the store, and we may only get notified at a much later date. In such situations, you could opt for a refund or pick another item to purchase.
  • Note that all orders will be delivered by our drivers by hand, or by Shopee’s appointed logistics partners (Shopee Xpress, J&T, Ninja Van, and Speedpost Standard).
  • For delivery under Shopee logistics, the buyer recognizes and accepts that their delivery practices may differ from Premiummall logistics (e.g., their delivery personnel may not text or call before delivery, or may leave the parcel at the door without prior approval).
  • It is possible that once you have committed to purchase the item, the price of the same item might appear in our posts at a different price (higher or lower). Despite this, the price that you had agreed to will prevail (even if the item has not been delivered at the given time).
  • Once the order has been delivered, recipients should check it immediately on the spot for any defects or wrongly delivered items. Kindly notify us of any of such cases within 24 hours of receiving the order. After 24 hours, we will not accept any returns.
  • Any returns have to be made by yourself to our location at Jurong East. Apart from major defects or wrong item delivered, Premiummall will not entertain any request for returns or refunds.
  • It is possible that while all items purchased and delivered are brand new, some minor stains or glue marks could be present. If any, kindly inform us via our contact channels and we will assist in cleaning it up at our location in Jurong East. Such cases are not valid reasons for returns or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Once the item is delivered, any returns due to any reasons need to be done at Jurong East within 3 working days (during working hours 9am - 6:30pm).
  • All items carry a 3-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear over time and use are not covered.
  • By proceeding to order, you are accepting the above, and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of sale (attached in the listing).
